An in-depth 14 week, 45 hour, self paced yet interactive distance learning course diving into Thai elemental medical theory.

Reusi da ton is a collection of ancient Thai self care practices ranging from meditation and breath work to flexibility and strengthening postures and exercises.
Taught by guest teacher Damion Bond, whose excellence in reusi da ton transmission is unparalleled
(to be clear, “Thai yoga” is a misnomer, only written here so that those new this will have some idea of the realm of study of this class)

Tools such as scraping tools, scarves, balms and liniments, are used extensively in Thai bodywork. They can be intensely therapeutic and are a joy to work with.

Offered as an environmental fundraiser, the Naga Center takes no profit from this course.

In support, ally-ship, and protection of our disabled, immunocompromised, vulnerable, and careful (full of care) community, all in-person workshops are masked classes until morning testing is complete. We use molecular testing that is 98% accurate. If a student needs classes to remain masked please request this prior to the start date of the class. N-95 masks will be provided as needed. Additionally excellent air ventilation and purification protocols will be in place. Please make sure that you read the entire Infectious Disease mitigation protocols before registering.
